– A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
– A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
– No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance.
– This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
We may need to change the departure time and we will give you advance notice of this. Please allow plenty of time on either side of the departure time confirmed on initial confirmation email. Weather and sea conditions may mean that your trip could go earlier OR later than planned. If you decide on the day that you do not want to go at a different time then you will be charged for your trip.
T&C Sea bar:
Please be aware that certain tours will cross the sea bar. If your tour includes the sea bar
and we decide that the sea conditions are too dangerous, you will still be fully charged for
the trip.
You must contact us a day in advance of the sailing date. Contact us again on the morning of the sailing to confirm weather conditions.
The Skippers receive notifications in relation to weather from the OPW guides based on the island. Their decision on landing conditions at the island is final.
It is very important that we can reach you at the contact information you provide to us (ie. Phone Number and Email) because the tours are very dependent on the weather, sea conditions and we will need to keep you updated if the departure time changes or if the tour is cancelled.
We may need to cancel a trip because of adverse sea and weather conditions. If we need to cancel a tour/trip you will have the option of receiving a full refund or being rescheduled.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any number of reasons including but not limited to adverse sea and weather conditions, engine failure etc.
